I’m Rohan Parrant — Speaker, Counsellor, Coach and wellbeing & Performance Specialist. I partner with individuals and organisations to build mental fitness, strengthen leadership and create high-performing cultures without compromising wellbeing.
I work at the intersection of mental health and performance. My approach combines lived experience, formal training and direct, practical support that translates into action.
From construction sites to boardrooms, from one-on-one coaching to school programs, I bring honesty, empathy and accountability to the room.
