About

"Rohan's keynote on mental fitness struck the perfect balance between connection, resilience and support. He engages with purpose and excitement and creates space for individuals to self-reflect and strategise on how they will take control of their mindset and performance

Senior HSE Advisor – Engagement and Wellbeing

"What started off as a 12 week pilot program has now quickly escalated into Rohan facilitating personal 1 on 1 wellbeing sessions with employees.

Rohan’s attention to detail & engagement with employees of all levels aims to bridge the gap between upper management and our workforce. Our project has seen a positive shift in employee’s breaking down the “being silent” stigma and reaching out when they need help. Rohan has a vast range of skills which have proven to be relatable and have helped him connect to employee’s on site.

If you’re looking to address Psychosocial Hazards within your organization, look no further."

About

"As the Metro Tunnel Project approaches completion, we face the challenge of keeping our staff and workforce focused on their roles and ensuring the job finishes safely. To address this, we developed a campaign centered around three key pillars, one of which was 'Stay Alert.' Recognizing the value of a fresh perspective, we invited Rohan to deliver a tailored presentation to reinforce this message. Rohan adapted his content to resonate with two distinct audiences—the workforce and the wider construction management team (engineers, commercial teams and support staff).

Rohan's presentation was highly engaging, fostering two-way communication and equipping attendees with a practical tool designed to encourage small but impactful changes across six key areas of wellbeing. Rohan's talks were an excellent way to launch the campaign, and the feedback received was overwhelmingly positive. Many attendees committed to implementing key changes in their health and wellness routines, which will help them stay focused and perform their best during this critical phase of the project."

"Rohan had such a positive impact when he spoke with our crew. The enthusiastic atmosphere in the room was strong evidence that the message was well received.

I first heard Rohan speak at his workshop at the Gateway at Wangaratta where he had a lot more time to deliver; he is to be congratulated in getting everyone so engaged in such a short amount of time as his time is limited once on site.

I highly recommend engaging Rohan and allowing time for him to delivery the full version of his presentation as it really helped bridge gaps between contractor and client across our various disciplines."

"Rohan delivered a series of workshops for our key staff in leadership roles for our organisation - Nunawading Swimming Club. He ran the sessions with confidence and flow providing space for discussion and personal reflection. His down to earth and authentic communication enabled him to connect quickly and easily with our diverse group who engaged readily and enthusiastically to Rowans facilitation. Rohan was able to understand what our goals were as an organisation and helped to align the training to the broader strategic meaning and purpose. He was a delight to work with and was responsive and super helpful with suggestions. Rohan has rich and interesting life and work experiences to draw on and this coupled storytelling ability spoke to our team much more than lecturing on leadership would have. I would highly recommend Rohan for any workshop facilitation where you wish to maximise participation and achieve behavioural changes. Thank you Rohan- I hope we work together soon!"
