About

Helping people grow stronger — without burning out.

I’m Rohan Parrant — counsellor, coach, speaker and wellbeing strategist. I help people live better, lead stronger and perform at their best, without sacrificing their mental health in the process.

​

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across the construction industry, corporate settings, community organisations and schools. My work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience — which means I don’t just understand adversity, I’ve lived it. And I know what it takes to grow through it, not just go through it.

Who I
Work With

I’ve delivered toolbox talks to trade crews, run workshops for students, supported domestic violence survivors, coached combat athletes, and helped corporate teams build resilience and leadership.

 

I’ve also worked one-on-one with hundreds of clients facing everything from burnout and overwhelm to major life transitions, relationship breakdowns and personal growth work.

Every setting is different — but the core remains the same. I show up with honesty, empathy, and tools that actually work in the real world.

My Approach

Whether I’m running a workshop or sitting down in a one-on-one session, I bring a direct but compassionate style that resonates with people from all walks of life. I’m not here to sugarcoat things — I’m here to support you, challenge you and help you create real, lasting change.

I combine counselling, life coaching, performance strategy, and wellbeing practices into an integrative, whole-person approach. It’s not about quick fixes or cookie-cutter programs — it’s about meeting people where they’re at and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Growth isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being real, showing up fully, and building the tools to move through life with intention, strength and self-awareness. That’s what I help people do.
