About Rohan

Stronger Minds. Better Performance. Sustainable Results.
I’m Rohan Parrant — Speaker, Counsellor, Coach and Wellbeing & Performance Specialist. I help individuals and organisations build mental fitness so they can lead stronger, perform better and create lasting impact without compromising their wellbeing.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across gyms, construction, corporate settings, community organisations and schools. My approach combines formal qualifications and both professional and personal experience. I understand pressure, setbacks and responsibility firsthand, and I help others proactively respond to them with strength, clarity and ownership.
Who I Support
I’ve delivered toolbox talks to construction crews, run workshops for students, supported domestic violence survivors, young people at risk, coached combat athletes, and helped corporate teams build resilience and leadership.
Throughout my career I have worked one-on-one with hundreds of clients accross different settings facing everything from burnout and overwhelm to major life transitions, relationship breakdowns and personal growth work.
Every setting is different — but the core remains the same. I show up with honesty, empathy, and tools that actually work in the real world.

My Approach
Whether I’m presenting, facilitating a workshop or supporting someone individually, my approach is direct, practical and grounded in real-world application. I challenge constructively, support consistently and focus on outcomes that last beyond the session.
I integrate counselling principles, coaching frameworks and performance strategy into a structured, whole-person methodology. It is tailored, strategic and built for sustainable change, not temporary motivation.

The Outcomes
I Deliver
Through Presenting, Facilitation, Coaching and Counselling, I support individuals and organisations to:
-Strengthen mental resilience and emotional intelligence
-Respond effectively to stress, pressure and change
-Improve both mental and physical wellbeing
-Lead with clarity, self-awareness and empathy
-Build healthier, more engaged and high-performing cultures
What I Believe
You can be tough and emotionally intelligent.
You can push for excellence without sacrificing your wellbeing.
You can hold high standards and still lead with empathy.
Strength and self-awareness are not opposites. They are partners.
Real growth requires ownership. It requires discipline. It requires honesty.
When individuals live this way, they perform better.
When organisations operate this way, they lead better.
That is what I stand for.
