How I Work

I support adults, teens, couples and families from all walks of life.

I’ve worked with high-performers, FIFO workers, school students, community members, tradies, leaders, athletes and everyday people doing their best to move forward.

 

If you’re ready to do the work, I’ll meet you there.
 

Sessions are available:

  • Online (via Zoom) – Australia-wide

  • In-person – Melbourne-based (location details provided upon booking)

  • Single sessions or ongoing support – depending on your needs
     

You don’t need to have it all figured out — just be willing to take the first step.

My Approach

I draw from counselling, coaching, performance psychology and trauma-informed practice to deliver a well-rounded, integrative approach.

 

That might mean blending breathwork with mindset coaching one week, and diving into communication tools or emotional regulation the next. It all depends on what you need and what’s going to support real progress.
